Snow pets in Ohio
Oh my goodness! I loved every one of those adorable pet pictures! Each 116 brought a smile to my face and heart!

There was one little dog sitting at the bottom of the deck stairs looking up. We have a picture of John doing just that! SO sweet ~

I loved them all too. I'll have to put Stacy's purple parka on her tomorrow and take a pic. They've inspired me! She was almost buried when I let her out tonight.

audie weather update :

i slept all of maybe 3 hrs yesterday worrying about mr audie driving in this crap - he has a 20 mile drive to work..he opened the pharmacy at 9 as per usual, but closed it at 6pm instead of 9. his 20 min. drive took a little over an hour, but thank god he got home..we started out with snow got maybe 4 inches or so, then about noon it all turned to sleet. for a brief period between about 2:30 and 3:00 pm we had freezing rain, and i thought we were done for, but luckily it turned back to sleet. it started snowing again around 10 pm and we got another couple of inches overnight. the big problem now is the blowing snow, lots if drifts once you get out of the city. we are under a level 3 snow emergency here which means only emergency personnel are authorized to be on the road ---- not that anyone adheres to this. mr audie got up at 5 am and cleaned the driveway off and drove down to the hospital to see how deep the snow was in our subdivision. if it was too deep i was gonna leave my crv at work and just ride home with him, but i was able to get home with no probs. it was pretty deep but not impassable.

happy valentiney's day to my sowal pals !

Please stay safe and drive careful. One of the reasons we made the move down to Santa Rosa was because of the driving on ice and snow. As a Realtor, I was driving families around in the worst weather possible. You know, the people who were just there to look at houses for the weekend and flying back to wherever they were from. The highways were very flat and would ice over very quickly. I am praying for all your families.
OL, your pictures are great. Thanks for sharing.
I saved a picture of one of the dogs for my screensaver!
Thanks!

Everyone is digging out here! I guess the roads are still pretty bad. Level 2 snow emergency here but we are so close to the county with a level 3. Mr OL shoveled again and shoveled a path for his car to the paths in the street. Many people are getting stuck. I am not going anywhere! He's already at work. Right now it's snowing huge snowflakes!
Dylan has been out for over an hour and doesn't look like he's coming in anytime soon. He's having a ball. Sam has what I had last week and is on the couch. Poor thing but at least she's not missing school. Here's some more pics of Dylan and his tunneling!! Maybe Disney should hire him.

I shovelled a 150' driveway yesterday and did the same today and my arms feel like they are almost going to fall off. Fortunately I saved just enough energy to lift a glass at cocktail hour (1o minutes and counting... )

The snow is so beautiful I can hardly stand it. It reminds me of Deer Lake State Park near WS! :clap_1:

To be a child like Dylan...what a life!

The pup is adorable in the purple jacket. Does the snow wad around the feet and legs? When we have a good snow (which is rare), the dogs come in with snowballs attached in their fur.:funn: But they still love to run outside.
