Beachcamp brew pub closed?

I was totally bummed out to see Beach Camp closed. Does anyone know what happened and what will be going into the space? Hopefully it’s something with a “local” vibe to it.

Chan decided he didn't want to be in the brewery business any longer. He didn't promote the place so I don't think they had enough business. He is usually in places with traffic like next to a Publix.
