i think you should start a snack boat. you drive up and down the beach in your boat and have food ice cream beer anything frozen. people can swim out and meet you. you can get pretty close to the beach. they wouldn't have to come out that far maybe waist. my cousin used to sell ice cream like that. its a true story!
