in need of carriage house

hi. i am looking to move into someone's carriage house in september or october. i'm a school teacher, married, no pets, don't drink, don't smoke, and am very responsible and reliable. the perfect situation would be to work with a family who has children since i offer nannying services and tutoring, or to rent from a family who has another home elsewhere and wants someone to be around to assist with preparing the home for when you are coming, clean up after you leave, and watch things while you are gone.

do you live her full time or just vacation here?

i'm very interested so please reply so we can chat some more. i was looking for something more between $500-$800 (since i'm a teacher and we don't make any money...LOL) and that's where my idea came from of paying a small rent and then offering other services.

regardless, i want to see it!!!! and talk more...even if you don't need any of those other services i mentioned...if i can swing your price, i will! i'd like to view as soon as possible.
