This summer Stinky's introduced an exceptional coffee program at the Bait Shack. It's been a delicious treat for us all! You're invited to come meet Lauren Fink, founder/owner of Cherry Coffee from New Orleans at the Bait Shack this [B]Monday, September 12th from 11 to noon.[/B] Lauren is a passionate, talented coffee aficionado who not only sources her beans from across the world but roasts them as well. She has generously agreed to instruct a Coffee Cupping event with our staff and with all our customers who’d like to attend. Coffee cupping, similar to a sommelier's wine tasting is a process coffee professionals practice to ascertain the attributes of the beans. This include the aroma - dry, aroma brewed as well as the aroma & flavor profiles in the mouth. You are welcome to come & participate or just watch!
