What’s the monthly service rate for a 12x24? Basic care.
My biggest bone to pick with this area is the covid boom became an excuse for pool companies to charge $300 per month for basic maintenance. $75k-125k to build a kiddie pool, and landscapers $3k a year to mow 200 square feet of lawn.
Meanwhile my friends in South Florida laugh cuz they still pay $250 a month for pool and lawn service combined and they are the area that’s supposed to be expensive.
