Need LTR for family of 4 plus 2 black labs on 30A East

We are moving from Atlanta and building a house.....I need to find a long term rental (abt. 18 months) for my family of 4 plus 2 black labs. Anyone know of anything around $2500/mo? We would love a non-furnished house.
