I've been walking the dog every night and "trying" to eat really light at night. Today I ate crappy stuff---all day. Was at a seminar and they had cookies, etc., then went to a business happy hour and had two coronas and some really good quesadillas....
Tonight, after the two coronas and the heat at 106 degrees today, I just plain don't have the energy to walk the dog. Will be back on course tomorrow.

That's a great start!!!! :clap_1: I'm proud of you two pretty ladies!!!! I just bought my daughter a new bike. She just outgrew her old one and needed an adult size. I may just have to borrow it and take a few bike rides myself, you've inspired me!
