It's snowing!

Middle TN has a nice white blanket this morning:clap_1: More than yesterday but not overwhelming. It is so pretty outside.

Whitey ...safe travels. Nashville looks a mess. Maybe the news is making it worse than it is.

We have a little, not enough to make travel bad thank goodness. Be careful and remember the best way to enjoy snow is through the window while sipping a cup of something warm.

SO true! It is a luxury to not have to get out in the snow to go to work.

I used to love the snow when the kids were little. After breakfast we'd curl up in my bed with stacks of books and snuggle and read. Once it warmed up a little they wanted to play in the snow until they were soaked. I'd always run a hot bath for them to warm up in and then cocoa by the fireplace topped it off. I didn't work when they were little and those days were the best. Now I worry about them getting to school and work on slippery roads, give me the days when I knew they were warm and safe.

I'm glad we got some snow also. I really do not think it is more than an inch to an inch and a half. Talked to my mother-in-law in Northeast Mississippi and she says she got around two to three inches of snow. She always gets more and is in the country where there are no salt and sand trucks. I always want to take pictures of the snow everytime as I probably won't see another snow this month.
