Vivo Spa 30A invites guests to an oasis of luxury and calm. With beautiful locations in Rosemary Beach and Watersound, we provide tailored, rejuvenating services in an elevated coastal setting. We are a family-oriented team dedicated to personalized attention, and we are seeking a welcoming professional to help us curate the perfect escape for our clients.
POSITION: Front Desk Spa Administrator (Part-Time)
LOCATIONS: Rosemary Beach & Watersound (Shops at the Hub)
PAY: $18.00 – $19.00/hour
HOURS: 20–25 hrs/week | Must be available Saturdays (8AM–6PM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Warmly greet and guide clients upon arrival - Answer calls/emails; schedule and confirm appointments - Process payments via POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa spaces - Coordinate laundry and ensure supplies are stocked - Collaborate with team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
QUALIFICATIONS: - 1–2 years customer service experience (spa/hospitality preferred) - Experience with POS and reservation software - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills - High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness - Must reside within 15 miles of the spa TO APPLY: Email your resume to eve@vivospa30a.com
