Willow Boutiques is looking to immediately hire a part-time Office Manager's Assistant.

The ideal candidate is a Professional, Organized, Detail-Oriented Individual who is able to Prioritize and Multitask. They must be Punctual and Trustworthy. They will represent Willow in a positive manner, exhibit strong communication skills and uphold all policies and procedures.

Willow Boutique consists of 3 brick and mortar locations and multiple online formats. The Office Manager’s Assistant (OMA) must understand how these selling platforms differ and why it is important to accurately and efficiently receive inventory and help manage the distribution of said inventory.

A Willow Office Manager’s Assistant is deeply invested in Willow’s core values: Loyalty, Productivity, Accountability, Integrity, & VIP Customer Service.

Responsibilities of an Office Manager’s Assistant include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of our POS system, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)

  • Purchase Order Entry

  • Inventory Management (Receiving, Transfers, Damages, RAs, etc)

  • Maintain an organized workspace

  • Maintain an up-to-date, orderly filing system

  • Assist the Office Manager with the management of Vendor Relations

  • Maintain Positive Employee and Client Relations

  • Perform under pressure with poise, grace, and intellect

  • Communicate with Store Management on a needed basis

  • Assist the Sales Floor (in rare times of need)

  • Assist Office Manager by performing related duties

  • The OMA will report directly to the Office Manager. When the Office Manager is unavailable, the OMA will report to the owners
