We also have a fitness center, a community room offering a 24/7 coffee and tea bar and we have a tram that will take you over to the beach, during season.

Our apartment homes offer stainless kitchen appliances including a flat top range, built in microwave, and a washer and dryer in every apartment. Our countertops are granite, and we have the most cabinet space I have seen in an apartment. We also have garden tubs in the bathrooms, ceiling fan in the bedroom and living areas and most of our homes have a storage room right outside the front door.

We have an inlet floor plan available the end of October and a Seacrest plan September 11th. Our shortest term is 7 months and longest term is 13 months. Our website will have the pricing and floor plans for you to view. You may also stop by Monday through Friday 9-6 for a tour.
