Looking for long term rental

I am looking for a long term rental in the santa rosa beach area starting at the end of October. My price range is around $1400. Really would like a town house or house.( 2 to 4 br) I have a 5 pound chihuahua so pet friendly as well. unfurnished or furnished doesn't matter. thank you
