Looking for longterm roomate(s) or room for rent!!!!

[alexmarie]

I am posting this ad for a friend of mine
She needs either a room to rent or a roommate(s) (one or more) to find an affordable place with (around $400-$500 for bedroom). ASAP. Preferably female roommates. Something long-term would be great. Please feel free to reply here, PM, or email at jewels_voight@yahoo.com

Thanks!!

I have a 3 bedroom condo in Seagrove that 2 other people need a 3rd to share expenses with. They are both 22 years old.
Would this work?
