Looking for a long term rental !! I work in Destin , boyfriend works in Panama City Beach, We are trying to find somewhere in between and 30-A properties are the location we want. We are expecting our 1st child in November. We are currently renting but are moving out Oct 31st. We would like a 3 bedroom but 2 bedroom is optional if roomy. Unfurnished is a must as we need all the baby's necessaties at hand... We do have a small beagle aprox. 20 lbs. HE IS POTTY TRAINED and we have had him for 6 yrs... House in Point Washington

We have a house for rent in the Point Washington area. It is 3 bedroom, living room, sunroom and front porch. It has 1 1/2 baths. We prefer no pets but can work with you on a house broken one. The back yard is fenced with a small storage shed.

We are completing a rentovation and using environmental items where possible.

It will be available starting in October. We've had a lot of interest but have not started reviewing applications.

The rate will be around $1000/month depending on the amount of remodel. Of course there is the regular deposit plus for the pet.
