We are a wife, husband and 2 young kids 3 & 6 looking to move in March 1 2026

We would like to rent a fully furnished home for 12 months before purchasing a home to get a better feel for the market.

I know it’s a bit early in the search but would love to have a contact for when the time gets closer

We are looking for a minimum 3 bedroom 2 bath house minimum 2100 sq ft furnished home. Some sort of fenced yard would be ideal as well but not mandatory. As west as Destin east as inlet beach and south of Freeport

Hey there! I have a home in Point Washington (about 5 min north of Grayton). It’s currently listed for sale but I’m open to long term leasing it for the right tenant. The 1st floor is 3BR, 2BA. We have the 3rd bedroom set up as an office/study with built in bookshelves. The 2nd floor is a 1BR, 1BA apartment with a full kitchen, laundry, etc that is perfect for guests.
