Really people are good souls here! I think gotothebeachmom is one of the best. Some folks, like me just have to hunt and peck--no typing skills.

To show you an example of how good Kurt and SJ are--when the storms cam e last year they were running up and down 30A taking photos of everyone houses. It made me want to cry.

Well, maybe they are good hearted, the majority of them. But alot of those homes along 30A have to be very high dollar. A person like me that is just an average Joe couldn't afford to own something like those homes like at Seaside and anywhere else along 30A. And the homes at Carillon are just like alot of them. If anything, I would consider the wording of higher class a compliment, in a way. Because people that can afford to own or come down several times a year have to be somewhat well off, a a higher class of people! I couldn't come down there anywhere and find a $90,000 home! Maybe a shack! :lol:

Just because someone has money doesn't make them high class. You can have cash and still be trash. Stereotyping is never a successful endeavor. And neither is keyboard typing, mistakes are made.

Well, whatever, obviously nothing can be said on here without someone getting bent out of shape. I do not know of many people that are trash that have money! Might have money and are crooked as snakes. Maybe that is what you consider the same thing!

Scooter: now don't be so sensitive. i certainly would never be able to afford a home on 30A either, but i love reading, talking about it and visiting. i have NEVER found ANYONE on this board to be anything but kind, caring, and funn. most of what is posted in the lounge is all in good funn and should not be taken too seriously. i don't recall any name calling at all. lighten up and enjoy this place called SoWal. 😀

Well the answer is easy. If you don't find us "entertaining" and you are looking for entertainment, just stay elsewhere, rather than secretly coming here for your fix of talk about art museums, and then running eslewhere and talking negatively. I wonder who is being true to herself? I am not asking you to like us, or even post here. I am not asking you to not post your thoughts of us elsewhere.
