Does anyone know an honest and reliable person who I can hire to do some maintenance and construction work at my house on 30A? Thank you.
 
It seems all the good ones are busy and folks are reluctant to give referrals lest they lose their place in line.
 
There was one that up until a few days ago posted prolifically, but you're looking for honest and reliable.

Honestly, your best bet may be to post an ad over in the buy/sell/trade forum.
 
Any that weren’t too busy (hahaha)are headed south right now.

Sometimes I think they don’t really think through these culture wars. They just like to crank up the fear.

Might want to buy up some disaster recovery, building materials and mass builders stocks. Short insurance stocks and use the profit from both to pay for your insurance policy next year, because brace yourself Effie this is gonna hurt without lube.
