Need a table refinished

I am looking for someone to refinish my dining table. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

The polyurethane finish has dried to a chalky white finish. Table needs to be sanded and re-polyurethaned
I used Varathane water based triple thick polyurethane. It is an awful product...spreads like Elmer's glue. I have always used the regular waterbased Varathane and never had this problem with it
