This thread was one of the best things Toots has ever created (besides Spidey/Batman). I felt a need to resurrect it, by starting a new one.

Here goes...

I have been in a typical pattern for February....unmotivated and blah. I HATE this and it happens every year! It will pass, it always does...but, in the meantime I will now go take a shower!!!! :eek:

LOL - It took me awhile to get all the indoor decorations down, but I quit turning them on about a week after Xmas. One of my friends couldn't believe it took me til almost the end of January to ultimately get them put away (but then again, I have had a lot on my plate lately!)

We had enough nice weather in early January for the outdoor decorations to come down - but I agree - if you haven't taken them down, just quit turning them on. A lot of towns even have ordinances for this now![/quote

You go girl. If I could, I'd leave them up all year long. Hey wait a second. I can if I want to - there's no one in this house that can tell me what to do anymore. But I'm too tired to put them back up - maybe next year. In the meantime, there's still the neoneseque palm tree in the sunroom!

We really need to get Daddy-O on a name change for you girl!!!!!! ;-)

Got the kids up this morning, sent Dylan out the door, realized there weren't any cars driving by the school, turned on the computer to check school delays/closings, saw that we had a 2 hour delay, and ran out the door to call Dylan back. :bang: :bang: :bang: We all could have slept in.:bang: :bang: :bang: The thawing snow froze overnight and the walks and roads are icy.

We have pea soup fog this morning. Everything is a ghostly white. I've never seen it as thick as this before. It's white on white. :razz:
