Anyone building now or just built know the average price per square foot in this area (30A) house building only. Have a lot and need to try an figure what size house to build and approx. cost.

2 years ago $180 s/f conventional stick built; clean efficient design with not a lot of bric brac. Medium to top end finishes. I think it is significantly more now.
