and I have to say without reservation, that my # 1 is "Bad to the Bone", followed closely by "Spirit in the Sky". Of course, these are just my opinion, I'm sure they're loved by many. So, I'm interested to hear what you guys have to say...

I'm not a Whitney fan but there's something about that song that sorta tugs at my heartstrings.
"She Bangs"
"Ice, Ice Baby"
"I'm Too Sexy"
Ricky Martin sings She Bangs. Love his version of that.

The Celine song from The Titanic- same type. Ugh.

And, I love the other two.Vote again Gypsea.
It's not even so much the song as the way Celine chews on the words. That French Canadian accent is not pretty.
She really gets on my one nerve! Many good suggestions on this thread!
I am so happy to hear someone else say this about celine! when she was all "that", people used to look at me like I was a complete nutcase because I just didn't appreciate the singing as they did... at all...

That's how I feel about Kris Kristofferson. He's an amazing songwriter, but someone did him a great disservice by telling that man he could sing.

whew...thank god........I do. And Carole King.

But, that's okay Afunn, I still like you!
My opinion's about the same as yours but I might have to soften it. I watched the tribute to James Taylor on TV (PBS I think) and all these wonderful musical icons like Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Carly Simon and more sang his songs all night long in his honor, and I thought Wow I really like James Taylor! So maybe it was James Taylor singing James Taylor that made me snooze.
:clap_1: that must be it!That's how I feel about Kris Kristofferson. He's an amazing songwriter, but someone did him a great disservice by telling that man he could sing.
