This is a very important website......... especially for moms and dads or people with Stampy's living above them.... It shows you where sex offenders and other offenders are located in your neighborhood. It seems legit to me, i checked it out on snopes.....hope you find it as informative as I did.....

I'm a frequent FDLE site visitor. I've warned a few friends not to buy homes that were (unbeknownst to them) within 250 yards of an offender. Of course, you always have to be careful and check the actual convictions because there are at least three guys in the local area on the list who went to HS with my husband and ended up in a "he was 19 she was 16" type of thing.

i always check out our local sex offender website - you never know who or what you might find...

I check these sites as well. You can find it for most areas and it is useful to keep in mind. Some areas seem to have more people designed as sex offenders than others.
