Would you believe that a lawyer from Miami was saying the same thing this morning, except that he wasn't mimicking a young girl...Poor poor pitiful Paris. Pehaps Paranormal? Please perpetuate promoting publishing pill popping princesses. Pays proudly!

Paris served 3 days and will spend 40 more under house arrest. She was released because of a "medical condition" that is apparently so severe it keeps her from serving time, but doesn't require professional care or hospitalization. What a crock! The "medical condition" was a "bull" dyke named Brenda.

Keelhaul the wench, then hang the tuna from the yardarms. Aye!

Ok. Why this is NOT ok.
At 6AM we woke up to helicopters going and going and going and going right over Paris' house. And they haven't stopped. You can hear it ALL OVER West Hollywood.

she needs to be housed in the general population when she goes back. teach her a little humility.

This just in on CNN. SHE'S GOING BACK TO JAIL!
hmmmm......can't remember
It's raining at my house, and Paris is going back to jail.
I know that neither of these things will last very long, but for a few minutes it seems that balance is being restored in the cosmos...
(CNN is for geeks. Try TMZ for this sort of hard-hitting news action!:roll

This just in on CNN. SHE'S GOING BACK TO JAIL!duh. ;-) Did you think the judge would change his mind after she failed to show this morning?
She is not on his good list right now.Beach Fanatic
Just heard on the radio - she is going back for her full sentence - not the short one and she went kicking and screaming at the judge "It's not fair."

Just long enough to sell her "Free Paris" t-shirts. After watching Dave last night looks like her girlfriend, Nicole may have her own t-shirt coming out soon!![]()
Maybe they can film the next "Simple Life" from prison.

I wonder if she thinks that all this publicity is going to do her any good? I absolutely LOVE that even the people on CNN are making fun of her.
Darlene is my middle name, not my nickname
A judge orders Paris Hilton back to jail, CNN confirms. She was taken from court screaming, The Associated Press reports.
Poor little baby....throw her A$$ in the general population and be done with it already!!!!

I had a feeling that little stunt wasn't over. Next time that Sheriff runs for office someone needs to check his financial donor list. I'm sure there will be a Hilton or two on it.

Is the Sheriff being charged with contempt of court for allowing her to leave, against the Judge's orders?

I haven't heard, but I did wonder the same thing. Unless they have some very different laws in CA than they have in the rest of the country, I am assuming he could be charged with violating a court order.

This morning, that was the buzz, but it hasn't shown up in the re-sentencing stuff. In fact, the sheriff didn't show up to the proceedings today. Sounds like the judge, the City Attorney, and the California Attorney General are all pretty chafed with the sheriff.
I'm really embarrassed that I know all this.

----
correction: The city attorney's office requested that the sheriff be held in contempt, but the judge took no action on the request.

I'm really embarrassed that I know all this.I'm a little embarrassed myself that I know anything about it. I don't give much thought to any celebrity, except for the really cute ones, and Paris is not my idea of cute. The only reason I knew anything about the mess was due to it being the talk of the gym this morning. For a minute, when they turned up the volume on Fox News, I was wondering if OJ had been spotted at Paris' mansion.

I don't generally follow the whole celebrity thing either. (Not on purpose, anyway. When I go to get my allergy shots, though, the only magazines there are either entertainment-type or AARP...)
On a serious note, this whole thing has me a little riled up, though. Some skeez-ball, old-dude attorney from Miami was debating some lady lawyer about it. She said that Paris was getting preferential treatment, which isn't fair. He said that it never was fair to begin with; he says that the jail time was over-the-top for driving on a suspended license.
Maybe he is right. Maybe this judge is making an example of her. If so, I say it's about danged time. Last night the family killed on the 331 bridge last year was brought to my attention. Hop has told me many-a time about the issues with drunks on the road there. Today I was in traffic in my small town just after 12 noon, and had to keep one eye on my rear-view mirror; the guy behind me was juiced up on something. (Meth has become an issue up here, like in many places.)
Too many people put their comfort and convenience before the safety of others, and there seem to be no consequences for it. Make an example of Paris, for the love of all that's holy! (Good grief; it's not like she's missing work for this. When will she ever have to mention it on an employment application?)
I hope I don't start another thread war with my rant...
