Looking for a dog-friendly guest house or studio to rent with a budget of up to $900. Open to a trade where I provide services such as cleaning/managing/marketing of a main rental property. I’m a quiet, responsible tenant and happy to provide references if needed. My older dog is well-behaved and house-trained. Ideally seeking a private unit with its own entrance, but open to options.
