He just flew back in this afternoon...he said "NO!" it won't take off...same thing Merman said!

True, until they can't find their keys, wallet, phone, crackberry, glasses. Then all bets are off. :biggrin:
 
i would kind of agree with mermaid...it's about thrust and areodynamics...the landing gear shouldn't have anything to do with it...the wheels would move independantly...it would not affect the forward thrust from the engines...a treadmill keeps "us" in one place because we use our feet for forward locamotion...i will guess that the bird will still fly;-)
