I'm up because Pepper has sensed my nervousness being alone in this big house since Big D left for Germany last Saturday. So she has gotten used to waking up several times in the middle of the night to protect me because she is a very protective dog. D is home now, but she just needs to get back into our old routine. Pepper is my protector. She's a skinny poodle under all of that hair, but because she's black and has a mean-sounding bark, she scares the manliest of men.

I am so going to wear these as I stroll through Seaside today. Darn I think I threw out the lycra miniskirt the other day, it would have been a perfect ensemble. Oh! First I'll swing by the Farmers Market in them, then go rent a pink bike and ride down the middle of the road. Funn day ahead!
