Hello! I have a furnished guest room that has opened back up for September I am located off Hwy 98 and only 12 mins from the Watercolor/Seaside area. I am looking to rent out the room till December of 2025. It has great amenities. I am on the top floor. You have your own walk-in closet and private bath. Right next to the Elementary school - Dune Lakes. The rent - $1,050/month and wifi is only $25. You have to like pets, be clean, and respectful. Please send message if interested!

Hi Marie, I'm renting in the same area. I haven't had great luck finding a reliable roommate and am starting to look around for other options (my lease ends in Oct). 2-3 months doesn't sound like much of a gain, but I'm open to ideas moving forward as well. I work 2 jobs (about 60 hrs/wk), both in Miramar. I am quiet, clean, respectful, love pets (I have a cat). I would prefer unfurnished, so this may not be much of a working match, but if you have any questions or thoughts, I'd love to hear them. Thank you and best!
