I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!! I am doing an impromptu tar ...favorite movie...which in this case ties in with the redneck theme....;-)

I did not watch that movie because I couldn't bear watching Clooney act and look like a gooney.

I think the phrase they used was "they turned Pete into a horney toad." David (hubby) loves that movie.

I got this movie for my husband 3 years ago for Christmas. He watches it at least once a week, sometimes 2. He can recite the entire movie. It is scary!!!!! I have to admit it is a great movie though!!!

Even though every female in the world was in love with George Clooney, I was not. Couldn't see what the point of him was..............until I saw that movie. He was SOOOOO funny there that I've been a number #1 fan since then. That movie is a stitch (and gets funnier every time you watch it)!!!

I agree Mermy....George is fanatastic in this movie. I fell in love with him even more after watching him in Oh Brother!!!

Yes, it's a good one although the only song I was really interested in is the one that George sings. That Constant Sorrow is a joy.

I almost posted this exact same thing!!! I am not kidding. I did not get the george Clooney thing at all UNTIL I saw him in this movie. His acting was superb and he WAS this really complex funny intelligent loser greasy con man with a huge heart. I'm a fan now too!!!
