the lumber appears to be good; some old windows, maybe some cool flooring.

What about letting the fire dept train & have it burned? Is that an option?? (ok - you can call me wierd, but it sounded good in my head)

If there is anything salvagable, please donate it to Habitat for Humanity. They have a resale store for anything they can't use in their projects.
