SoWal Soiree In October

Since so many SoWalers will be around in October, that horrible month;-) and now we have no Donna party to attend

, Beachbummett suggested hosting a part-tay location at the Clubhouse at Watersound on
October 14th.:clap_1:

We thought a costume or mask party would be a lot of funn. :lol:

BB is looking at music possibilities and to make it more funn and diverse, I think it would be easiest to BYOB and finger food.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I probably shouldn't make requests yet since I don't know if we will be in town for that weekend or not- we may be in the weekend before, or the whole week. Depends on the house hunt expedition this weekend. :blink:

So what went wrong here? I ask nicely for a bonfire and now I am voted in as a party planner? I will need a committee to delegate to.

I have gleaned some new and useful info. Beachbummet is a gull? I thought so at first (bummet = feminine, although I thought it would be bummette) and then some one told me Bb was a buoy. Come clean here! dd....are you saying you are coming down in October??? Oh joy! :clap_1:

I am still waiting to hear from my guest about that weekend. She would like a bonfire.

Marshmallow, weinies, and beach crap would not be good ideas near a fire with people holding martinis

I will be glad to co-host this soiree with THE Kittay!

* RO are you going to set up the bonfire, or do I need to get one of my guys to do it? I will be glad to just let me know. He will get the permit, set it up and have it going when we get there, and clean up after.

*Everyone needs to BYOB and bring a snack or weenies or whatever that want to eat. Also be sure and bring your weenie roasters!

*Make sure you all bring your own beach chairs. I have a bunch of them I can bring so let me know who does not have one.

Is a good time for everyone 7:00? I will arrive early and make sure everything is under control.

I think the best thing to do if it rains is The Red Bar. What do y'all think :idontno:

. If you have "people" down there probably best if they set up the fire. We will be rolling in Thrs night. Can't friggin wait!!!
