I'm laughing my own little headache away right now. Actually Bdarg is on his way back with a Lemon-berry slush and some tots from Sonic. Had a little bit of wine and not enough food last night.

So here I am at 4:30 am, woken up by the cat who's put her face in mine. I notice that the hall lights are on so I get out of bed, go downstairs to turn all the other lights on, including the basement lights. I hear a loud "Put that back on!" from my son, who informs me that they're just going to bed and they need the light on for a few more minutes. "They?" Yes, Alex, Philippa, and her friend Ashley, who is somehow Alex's "friend" as well. Somehow whenever Ashley sleeps over, it turns into a co-ed slumber party. :roll: Good thing there's Philippa to keep an eye on things, well, sorta...

So I slip back into bed, waking up Merman who looks at the clock and says "4:45?" in an eye-brow raising kind of voice, like I was on SoWal 'til the wee hours! What a bad reputation I have with that man. (I almost did get on, just to check, but I'm not telling him that!) I am glad, however, that SoWal was well-represented at the 4 and 5 o'clock hours--I'm impressed with y'all! Way to go!!! :clap_1:

After you and Mr. Audie dropped me off, I cracked open a bottle of red wine, had a few jello shots, made a few drunken phone calls...and then I was history. Woke up at 6:15AM expecting the worst headache ever and thought I'd never be able to drive back home to Chicago, but I felt fine, took a long bath, ate some breakfast and headed out around 9AM. In hindsight, I really wish I'd taken you up on the offer to stay at your house. Maybe next slumber party? I think Cork, Alli and IBD had the right idea to get together for the event!
