They bought it in 2019 for 1.5 mil. now it is for sale at 11.4 mil. I am sure the ultra rich new owners will delight in telling their friends, "see that board over there, it is part of the original house"! I wonder if they kept the closet with the graffiti the "coasties" left, no mention of that in the listing. It is sad to see such an iconic part of Grayton beach's history TOTALLY washed away!
