Is Jindal planning to take stimulus money for his state budget?

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, a former member of the House, said he would accept the stimulus money but would have voted against the bill if he were still in Congress. Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, a former chairman of the Republican National Committee, said he wasn't sure whether he would accept the approximately $3 billion his state would be in line for.

That is like Sen Martinez voting for the 2008 NOT-SO Stimulating package, which failed to stimulate anything other than bankers pockets, and is now saying that we HAVE to do something to stimulate the economy. I guess by the time the third stimulus act is passed, we will be broke and need to really do something, before the red coats of china take over the White House.

Christ probably didn't realize they were discussing a stimulus package.

Crist needs the stimulus so that the State can meet its obligation to US Sugar in purchasing land in the Everglades to placate the environmentalists and also so that the State has suitable land to plant sugarcane for ethanol to placate the environmentalists which will create green jobs in Florida and reduce our carbon footprint which will placate the environmentalists which will all in turn stimulate the economy.
