FY26 YTD (Oct-June) South Walton is [B]up 10.91%[/B] in TDT collections. TDT collection on short-term rental accommodations north of the Choctawhatchee Bay totaled [B]$41,993.48[/B] for June 2026. Collections for June in North Walton represent a [B]10.53% increase[/B], or [B]$2,667.42[/B], compared with the previous year. FY26 YTD (Oct-June) North Walton is [B]up 1.88%[/B] in TDT collections. As of Aug. 12, the number of active rental units in the South Walton taxing district was[B] 19,470,[/B] and the North Walton taxing district was[B] 823[/B] for a total of [B]20,293[/B].
