The Walton County Community Roundtable Series is
set to begin next week. This is the public’s chance to help re-write the Walton
County Land Development Code as it pertains to the current single-family home
development review process.

Sponsored by SwiftGov and the Walton County Commission, the Community
Roundtable Series is designed to promote transparency and give residents a clear
understanding of development review procedures. Public participation is vital.
Every session will cover submittal requirements, review procedures, available
county tools and opportunities to improve the overall process.

The sessions will be held in all five commissioner districts.
