Is that the brick house on the right side of Hilltop, just before the curve?

If so, Fuzz and I lived there the first year we were married but had to move when it was sold. I was in the area a couple of weeks ago and saw that it was vacant and for rent.

We could have bought it for $38K back then

I have some friends who also need a long term rental but bigger.
They need approx 2500-3000ish sq. ft, 4 bedrooms, gulf front or 2nd/3rd tier - can be back a little in one of the resorts too. Pm me for more particulars if you have something!

We're looking also. Thanks to all the grayt advice I got from sowallers on interviewing and attire, Mr. Critter landed a very nice job in Destin. Unlike Dr. Skunky, we have 2 BIG dogs, one pictured to the left there. They are both well behaved house dogs and Mr. Baxter there is kenneled when we leave the house. We also have a son starting high school this fall (or should I say this summer - they start so early), so we must be in Walton county. Would prefer a 4BR or 3BR w/bonus room, fenced yard. Nothing fancy required, just clean and not falling down, please. Also, we are very happy with north side of 98. We'll agree to 6 month or year lease, starting June 1, June 15 or July 1. Any info is graytly appreciated.
