Snowing, snowing, snowing out there! Getting ready to leave work early, but we hear the roads are pretty bad. I don't care how long it snows, as longas I keep my electricity!

I'd actually thought about that. A touch of taco seasoning did the trick, as well as a couple of spoonfuls of sugar and some ketchup ;-)

Was a hit with Mr. Lucky and I have to say, it wasn't half bad!

Your nephews and niece have a snow day today. Kind of a bummer, though, because everyone was excited about Valentine's Day festivities at school. One L'il Pea is thrilled, though, because he didn't want to have to finish his homework last night.

I know! First-grade Pea was going to be making candy, decorating cupcakes, etc. Preschool Pea was doing ice cream sundaes with all the fixin's. Fifth-grade Pea was going to a nursing home to hand out Valentines and sing to the residents. Big day is right!
Guess they'll sled instead.

Not it the last few years OL. Sometimes we do get enough to close the schools. Mostly though what we get is ice. However, they are predicting snow for Saturday with accumulations. So we shall see. I will post and let you know how much we get!!! Unfortunately it will be on the weekend, so the kids won't miss school, and I won't miss work.

I just got into the office. Had to shovel and use the snowblower just to get out og=f the drive. We have anywhere to 1 to 2 feet with 3 to 4 foot drifts. The main roads are not too bad but the side streets have not been touched yet. It is supposed to taper off by the end of the day. I used the snowblower last night and again this morning and will have to use it again this afternoon when I get home. We are getting paid back for our warm November and December and January.
