Hi- I have both potentially. I have a duplex in the west end of Panama City Beach/Laguna Beach. It's about 10 mins from downtown Rosemary. One side is a 2/1 and the other a studio. I can't really rent the studio separately bc it doesn't have it's own meter, however, I can rent the whole property to someone and allow sublet of the studio. If she has a larger group this could work. I am open to lease between 3mo-12mo. House was just vacated last week and is ready to be shown. It's listed on Zillow. Price will depend on the length of lease. Feel free to call 4049934574 if you're interested.
