I'm not looking to rent, but that's a fantastic opportunity for someone! I couldn't help but notice. It's within a short walk to the beach, near a convenience store... I think it may be the best rental deal on 30A. (Sorry for the excess enthusiasm, but I just love a good deal even if I can't take advantage of it).
