I have a 3 br, 2 ba condo in Seagrove. Has pool and lake and is <2 blocks to the beach. You can see more at http://seagrove2402.tripod.com. Rent is dependent on term of lease.

I have a 2br,2bath fully furnished condo for LTR (one year or longer) in Seagrove. This is off 30A and is 7/10 of a mile from the beach. This is a second floor condo unit with a balcony and an elevator as well as stairs. There is a pool and access to dock on East Lake. There are bike paths and hiking trails. Rental is $900/month plus electric. References and one month security deposit is required (a portion of the deposit may be waived depending on references). The unit is available for Sept. 1.

You would be renting from a really nice person and have a friendly upstairs neighbor! I can vouch for slushr 100%. :welcome:
