I have a 2br/1ba cottage in Seagrove. No pool, no tennis. It is the oldest house in the area. By the beach and Eastern Lake. Lots of charm. $1100.

I prefer something in a complex. Pool and Tennis are important; however, being close to the beach is not. Thank you for taking your time and for your reply.
