I am looking for a home with 4 or more bedrooms, pool, garage, preferably in a golf course community - Sandestin, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, etc. Will sign up to a 3 year lease or lease purchase a great home. Family is moving down after the school year so we have some time but can start March 1 if we need to. Will pay competitive rate for a nice home. Contact me via e-mail or respond to this thread.

Jeffrey hi
I have a 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath beautiful home in Sandestin and looking to do a long-term rental or lease/purchase option.
Community heated pool is 20 steps from my front door.
