Early May rental needed, under 25

I've been looking on VRBO, but most of them require you to be 25+ and we are not quite there yet. We (6) are all 21-23 responsible young adults. We all work and pay rent, just looking to go our favorite place in the world and we don't want to stay in a hotel. 1 couple is married, 1 engaged.

We are looking for a 3 bedroom house, 2 beds need to be at least Queens, and 2 twins or sleeper sofas. Up to $200/night. For 3 nights.
Anywhere in SoWal, but not far from the beach.
