Need a rental for 14, 1st week of August

in Seagrove Beach or Watercolor. Will pay up to $4000 or so for a week. If in Seagrove, we would like a private pool, but will look at community pools too. Also, bikes included would be a plus.

Call Seagrove on the Beach Realty 800-443-3146 or go online to www. seagrovebeach.com for online booking (very user friendly) and extensive virtual tours. Also, if you call, you will speak to a person immediately, probably Ann, who knows the properties inside and out. I am a partner in the property management, thought I would get that disclaimer out. Reliford, where is this house located? It seems to be closer to Seacrest than Seagrove. I'm I right?

Banana Bungalow is in Seagrove about 1 mile east of Seaside and yes, it is really close to the beach access (about 100 yards).

I've had friends rent "Laid Back" in Grayton Beach on several occassions. Nice rental. 5 BR, 4 bath, sleeps 18. Private Pool. About 50 yards to the beach access. Rents through Rivard Realty.
