Last minute Seaside/Watercolor rental

I've gotten a call from a regular (15 yrs) vacationer who has waited too long to make a reservation for the week 6/28 thru 7/5.She's looking for 3 bedrooms, walking distance to beach. She's always stayed in Seaside but is happy to move to Watercolor if necessary. Does anyone have anything available?
