Looking for monthly rental for the winter in Sandestin

Wondering if anyone has a rental for a good price during the winter. I figure if some one was having those winter time reservation blues, i could help. Even a fixer upper would be good, or one that need repairs. Have tons of remodleing work from tile, trim, painting, etc. I work for the Marriott and I am looking for something on the prop.
