Bad renter warning

Wanted to let landlords know about a guy who has hit several people recently in the destin, Santa Rosa Beach area. He will rush you to get into your place with all kinds of stories and may or may not give you some of the money upfront and promise money later. You'll ultimately have to evict him. If someone contacts you that seems to be rushing you, feel free to PM me and I'll confirm information.
