Rental 2-17-09 to end of March

We are moving from Salida,Colorado. Looking for a place to land and de-compress until we purchase(hopefully early spring). 2 adults, 5 year old, 8 lb mutt, gecko. Would like to spend no more than $1000/month. Willing to do a house trade in the mountains as ours is for sale and will be furnished. Point Washington, 30 A area.
