I just found out this weekend that the condo we were going to rent in April has been sold and we were displaced. Dang. I spent weeks finding the perfect unit at a great price. It was a third floor 3br, gulf view at Watersound Crossings. I knew this was a possibility, but just didn't expect it to happen to me!
Fortunately, the rental agency, Ocean Reef, had another unit in the building that was available. It isn't as nice, IMHO, 2nd floor, but comes with a golf cart an access to the beach club also. I got a lower price than the stated rate. So, not happy about all of it, but can't do anything about it. Oceanreef was very good about all of this.
Basically, since the unit I was going to rent has been bought, I declare this the bottom of the real estate market. We can all relax now.

I believe I have stayed in the 2nd floor unit you mention on our last 3 visits and will be there again in 2 weeks. I think you will be very happy with it and the access to the beach club. Owner is very nice!
